Mr. Davidson specializes in office and healthcare assets and has a broad range of experience in corporate real estate services, tenant representation, office leasing, and investment sales. His track record includes successfully completing over eight (8) million square feet of lease and sales transactions for corporate office users and investors, as well as the brokerage of over 1,000 acres of land development sites throughout the flourishing Greater Houston area and strategically supporting corporate clients in numerous US markets.

A senior member of Colliers National Healthcare Service Group has demonstrated vast experience working with a variety of healthcare entities, ranging from major hospital systems to physician groups and medical outpatient building developers and investors.

Mr. Davidson has effectively directed approximately $450 million in healthcare real estate-related transactions, demonstrating the breadth of his industry expertise in the healthcare sector.
