Coy Davidson is a commercial real estate veteran with more than three decades of experience specializing in office and healthcare real estate in Houston and across the United States. After eleven years with two prominent Houston brokerage firms, he joined Colliers in June 2000 as Vice President of the Office Services Group, where he has built one of the most accomplished tenant representation and healthcare real estate practices in the region.

Over the course of his career, Coy has completed more than six million square feet of lease and sale transactions on behalf of corporate office users and investors, and has brokered more than 1,000 acres of land development sites throughout the Greater Houston area. His expertise extends well beyond Houston, with a track record of supporting corporate clients in markets across the country.

As a senior member of the Colliers National Healthcare Service Group, Coy brings deep specialized knowledge to one of the most complex and highly regulated sectors in commercial real estate. He has worked with a broad range of healthcare clients, from major hospital systems and physician groups to medical outpatient building developers and investors, directing approximately $500 million in healthcare real estate transactions throughout his career.
